Jenni Steck has worked extensively as a voice and speech coach for performers and professionals. She has worked with actors including James Woods, Alexander Skarsgard, Olivia Wilde and Alicia Silverstone, as well as with lawyers, teachers, and others interested in advancing in their fields by polishing their speech, minimizing their accents and improving their voices.
In addition to her work with developing the professional voice, Jenni is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who works with clients struggling with vocal dysfunction.
In her work with Barry Nash & Company, she serves as the voice and speech specialist enhancing the performance of broadcast personalities for organizations including NBC, CNN, CBS and ESPN.
Jenni holds an MFA in acting from the University of California, San Diego, and an MS in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas, Dallas. She has taught voice and speech for California State University, North Ridge, the University of California, Santa Cruz, and the Theater Shed in Los Angeles. She was last seen on stage in Kitchen Dog’s production of Gideon’s Knot. For Texas theater, she has coached productions for Kitchen Dog, UT Austin, the University of Dallas, and St Edwards University.
