FUN HOME now playing through September 24th

FUN HOME is now playing at the Winspear Opera House in Dallas.  Based on  Alison Bechdel's graphic memoir Fun Home. Alison, the main character, reveals her character to the audience at three different ages. The dysfunction of her family and quirky character of Alison create a story that we all can relate to. The Wall Street Journal called Fun Home intimate and emotional, as the audience journeys through the process of maturing and accepting yourself. It won the 2015 Tony Award for Best Musical in addition to four other Tony Awards. Fun Home is a mix of comedy, tragedy, and the sensitive dynamic of family members when one is growing up. It is a raw portrayal of sexual orientation and its discovery, an understanding that is not often clear or easy.

Show runs 1 hour 40 minutes with no intermission.
